Re: Item No. 4 - Dawson Residence (PA2015-224)
On October 23, 2016, the attorney for Craig and Raquel Dawson (applicants)
requested to continue the hearing on their project to a future date to be
determined in order to allow more time to work with the neighbors on their
outstanding concerns. Once a hearing date is selected, the project will be re-
noticed in accordance with the Municipal Code.
Staff also received several emails from neighbors indicating they would be
unable to attend the hearing on November 3, 2016, and requesting
postponement.

Jim,
Thank you for forwarding the recent emails you have received regarding the Dawsons' application. I
have now had an opportunity to review those emails with the Dawsons and they remain firmly
committed to working with their neighbors and addressing their concerns. Thus, even though the
Dawsons have already set aside time and purchased their tickets to fly in from London for the
hearing on November 3, they have agreed to postpone the hearing. I will call you tomorrow to
discuss scheduling a new date and other issues but wanted to advise you of my clients' decision to
postpone the November 3 hearing date as soon as possible.
Thanks and best regards.
