Point Barrow is their destina-
tion in Alaska (or mort' accurate-
ly, a location midway between
Point Barrow and th~ native Bar-
row Village). It wiJl be a repeat
trip for them both. Tiley went to
Alaska last year-from JuJy 10 to
Oct. 7-for the Office of Naval
Research, to conduct a survey of
marine animals. They will con·
tinue this same type of work on
this second trip.
They are scheduled to leave Co-
rona del Mar on June 20, go from
here to San Francisco. then fly

reported that youngsters in the
neighborhood were threatening his
son '-'ith guns. The weapons were
