Newport Beach does ordain as fol-
lows :
SECTION I : &>ction 7211 of the
Municipal Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:

a meter for domestic use and aU
business purposes other than agri-
cultural, the monthly rate for wa-
ter consumed shall be as follows:
