A Fourth Anniversary
Four years ago on Saturday,. March 14. 1949 thts bank
began business. When the movement was started to orgamze
this bank in Corona del Mar there was some skep1icisrn of the
community being hardly large enough to support a bank. That
the organization of the bank was timely has been p ro ven by
its progressive growth which has also coincided with the rapid
growth of the community, Each has benefitted by the develop-
ment of the other.
At the end of the opening day deposits tota led $262.000.00
The steady increase in deposits can best be shown as follo ws

Founded along conservative lines to g1ve rhe utmost pro-
tection to its depositors and the entire commumty, it has also
been the policy of the management to extend a well rounded
banking service to its customers. As the bank has grown it
has also added to its banking quarters. its equipment and its
facilities. Commencing with Capital Funds of $105.000.00 the
Capital Structure and Reserves are now in excess of $200,000.00.
To the Stockholders. the Directors and Officers of this bank,
all residents of the Harbor Area , the response of the p ublic has
been most gratifying. To you, our customers, on our Fourth
Anniversary, we wish to extend our sincere appreciation for
your cooperation and your patronage
