At the close of business on Friday, April 12, 1957, the Newport
Harbor Bank will merge with California Bank. The Newport
Harbor Bank will be known thereafter as the Corona del Mar
Office of California Bank.
Mr. J . T. Van Dyke. president of the Newport Harbor Bank, will
beoome a vice president of California Bank. Mr. H. L Hetrick,
cashier of the Newport Harbor Bank will become an assistant
vice president of California Bank. All other personnel will contirwe
in their present capacities.
