We who suppori the plan to limit the 'ncome t&x levy do so with
the exrress purpose of cutting down the ruinous spending by the
Federa Government.

income, is the greatest threat to our freedom that now exists any·
where. The threat is all the greater because the tax gouge has been
m&de pr&ctically painless by the diabolically clever ' withholding '
method of collecting it from the wage-earner.
Withholding eliminated the final safeguard that might h&ve held
this monster in ched. Imagine the screams of pain and rage if e&ch
