John and Barbara's Christmas
card was a reproduction of one
of John's paintings. It Is called
"Candles In the Ble Church." In-
side, It reads, "The yucca's dell·

white flame atop its slender
stalk. Seen at early dawn, across
the uncluttered expanse of na·
ture's altar, the gently waving
yucca resembles a tall m ckering
candle. Early Spanlah explorer!!,

WE WISH TO EXPRESS
,
We are deeply grateful for the tremendous response when
we opened the sales for the first unit of our Harbor View
Hills homes.
The 77 lots in this first unit were all sold in only 8 days. The
total sales in those 8 days amounted to $2,350.000.
We are sorry that we could not fill all the applications for
home sites and dwellings in the first unit of this new d evel-
opment on the hillside just above Corona del Mar. The sec-
ond unit of Harbor View Hills is already being processed.
and we plan to complete the construction in both units dur-
ing the New Year.
We thank you again for your expression of confidence and
interest in our new development.
