Mrs. Edna Davenport, 1152 Playa del Norte, told the Council that the Point ahould rec:lelve the same consideration from the city as Balboa Island Is now gettlne. She recommended the establlah· ment of a tralflc check point on Balboa Blvd., at G St., where cars could be turned back when no parking spaces are left on the Point.
