What better guide could you have in buyiDa a boale'l
Here's a father-and-son team of builders wt.c.D
experience with aU kinds of homes led them to baild
their own to Medallion requirements.
"We see it in people e~ry day, this pat desire f«
modem electric living," says the senior Mr. Valeatiae.
"Since we first started buiJdinJ in Los Aqela Cou:DtJ
in 1946. we've built hundreds of bomes. 1'bole with
electric appliances have always found ready buyas."
"It's easy to understand," says tbe. youaeer Mt.
Valentine. "Take the electric n.nge, for eumple. Ill
my own home we find electric cookina ao cool ud
clean it makes any otber kiod teem old-tabiaM4.
And modem boutepower wirina is a ral auet. Wo
have quite a few appliaaces; plenty of electric power
is a must."
