rating , there w as considera ble optim ism about Mr.
Sum n er as a stau nch Repub hcan, and . in fact, h e

term s . But tha t bright hope of conse r v a tism has
dimmed during the present term of office. and Mr.

Fry onion in a little oil until
brown. Add corn. tomatoes. pep-

gredients. Put all In casserole,'
