David Gumaer, who spoke here at a recent meeting spon-
"sored by TACT (Truth About Ci vil Turmoil) served tor 2
years as an underco~er operative for Chicago police Intel-
ligence. His assignment was to infiltrate ;w,d report on
the s ubversive activities of the so-called New Left Move-
ment in America, and he carried on hi s inveStigation as
a member of the commun ist youth apparatus-the campus
bas ed W.E .. B. [).J8>is Cl ubs. In his speech11 he sum-
med up his find ings in one terse sentence: His investiga-
tion revealed an incredible plot to recruit America's cam·
pus youth In a subversive movement aimed at the ultimate
overthrow of our governmen L
Many complacent individual s look upon the turmoil atid
di Ssension on campus as normal exuberance of searching
youth. Mr. Gumae r found it to be otherwise, and he agrees
with the findings of FBI director J. Edgar Hoover that
"recent events clearly reveal that world communism has
launched a massive campaign to capture and man euver
youth and student groups," and that this n commun lst
exploitation and manipul ation of youth and student groups
th roughout the world today are a major challenge whi ch
free world forces must meet and defeat.''
It would take several pages of this newspaper to detail
all of the s upporting inform ation that Mr. Gumaer present-
ed in his repo rt at the TA C T meeting. The evidence is
overwhelming, and fr ighten ing. All concerned citizens
should feel obli gated to become fami liar with the facts of
the growing crisis, and the best way I can suggest is to
read Mr. Gumaer's report i~ the April issue o f American
Opinion Magazine, also Gary Allen's article on "N ew
Politics" In November's issue. You can gel these at the
Harbo r Area's American Opinion bookstore in Costa Mesa,
at 1934 Harbor Blvd.
Mr. Gumaer s ays that the impending revolution can be
s topped by aroused public opinion. So it is up to you -
first to become informed, then to join the patriotic iotces
who a re doing their uttermost to save ou r nailon.
Take heed, and take heart, from Mr. Gumaer's report:
"We are now in the final phases of the wo rld revolution,
the o'utcom e of which will depend on the actions ofthe
American people-and their wlll to survive. The agents
of sedi t ion and revolution, who are training the youth of
America, comp rise a massive fifth column within our
s hores, whose strength in numbers is estimated at mo re
than 500,000 trained enemy com batants, dedicated to the
communist overthrow of the United States of Ame rica.
The collectivist!, so-called "liberals," seem
to operate on the theory that a socialistic aov-
cmment can kgislaiC' unsuccessful people into
prosperity by legislating successful people out
of it. R~member, lhere is no such thins a~
equality. Hold up your thumb and loOk at it .
God ha~ never made another thumb like it .
We cannot be free tmd equal. Free men are not
equal and equul m~:n are not free. But all
slaves are incarceruted equall y. All men are
created eq ual onl} in the eyes of God and of
the law. And lhey Jon·t even stay equal there.
God penalizes unrepentant sinocn, and the
law penalizes repeating criminals.

JESUS WILL NEVER force Himself into our
lives; He patiently stands at the doors of our
heor.ts, eagerly waiting for us to invite Him
in. Once we ore committed to Him, it's as-
tonishing how much more our prayers meon,
ond how our minds almost immediately oc,
cept the fact that everything we really need
comes within the reolm of the possible. The
Christian knows thot rer, etition in prayer is
not the onswer, for he earns at Matt. 6:7..S
that " ..• your Father knoweth whot things ye
.._,I M 'T .... CO'T'T
have need of/ before ye osk Him." The Bible
tells us over and over about how we may re-
ceive answers to our prayers: Ask for ony
good thing, th., immediately conceive of
yourself as receiving. When you express your
faith by sincerely asking Him for a bless~ng,
AND Bt:LIEVE THAT YOUR PRAYER IS
ANSWERED, it IS answered. However, God
likes you to show your appreciation for the
blessings He brings to you •. Don't forget to
thank Him with your heart, as well a s your
words. ·
