It is my respectful recommendation that you consider continuing this item indefinitely, as
members of the Council may have stated opinions about this matter at previous Council meetings
(including the Council meeting of June 23, 2015).
There may be no need to restate various opinions about this matter as the Agenda Item suggests.
As such, a substitute action for Item #14 would be:
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Continue this matter indefinitely.
