post office poll and when
the boundaries were finally
established 1'lere were less
than 2700 voters In the dis!

less than 5000 acres.
While the area included
was the most populOIJS sec-

was the proper time to form
a municipality. That a 71
percent ballot indicated a
complete cross section of the
population, it appears that
not a single precinct favored
the proposition. Of passing
Interest was the continued,

paper . against Ne w po r t
Beach on charges that this
city was trying to prevent
incorporation .. when as a
matter of fact. the city was
simply protecting its own in-
terests against outside en-
croachments. In addition it
appeared that the publi ca-
tion went all-out for the is.
sue, regarding the matter as
settled, with little considera-
tion for opposition leaders.

CORONA DEL MAR
I have three of the finest income properties in this
area at pre-war prices, one on 80 feet of property,
fenced and landscaped, both units are furnished. Num-..
ber two is located below the highway and h as a gor·
geous view of the harbor, wonderful possibilities for
income, both summer & winter. Number three is
above highway and is new, has never been occupied,
the price will surprise you.
--IN BEACON BAY
The most outstanding home on the market today in
one of the finest locations in all the harbor. A beau-
tiful waterfront home furpished with the best that
money could buy; if you want the best see this at once.
A gorgeous patio separates the home on the front from
a beautiful guest house in rear; you will be surprised at
the price and terms. A boat that has had the best of
care can also be included in the sale.
IN COST A M.ESA
I have an industrial building of 9,000 sq. feet. This
building is about a year old and is rriodern in every
respect; a wonderful location with easy acces.s to both
rail and· water transportation. All necessary utilities are in, the prl~ is $40,000 and this is cheaper than the
cost of the property and Improvements. The terms
are the most liberal we have ever heard of. Should you
have a 'wood-working shop of any sort in mind this
place is fully equipped with the latest and best machin-
ery which can be purchased for a fraction of the origi-
nal cost.
