Webster, race com~ mittee chairman of the Newport Harbor Yacht dub is handling the race for the club and ~ill an- nounce, within a very few days, the starting day, sometime in the latter part of April, 1948. The Newport Ocean Sailing u- socia ti on has grown from nine charter memben on Auiust 15, 1947 to its present membenblp of over 75.
