the West Newport Improvement
auociation met ln the local gram-
mar school. Francia J . Horvath ,

The improvements, which were
petitioned for by resldenu of the
area, will tmt about $30,000. ac-
cording to Webb, who bu estimat-
ed that the average lnstde lot own-
er will pay Sl32 each, thla amount
to be spread over a ten-year per-
iod. The work will require from
60 to 90 days and, because ot the
