As stated before there are other fine painters around. but we be- lieve that these four are unique in their DMOciation (they are their ou.'n paint department) and also in the fact that they work together in the biggest shipyard in New- port. These men, not being em- ployees. b u t responsible con- rractors gives the owner a double sense of securt ty as both the men and the shipyard are beind what they do.
