A licensed reinforced concrete special inspector: RandvAikins-was dispatched to the hospital campus. He is an approved inspector for all OSHPD projects at this facility. ACTIVITY: Reviewed the project documents and inspected the Hilti product as installed for minimum embedment, product type, and then performed a torque test with a calibrated torque wrench per the ICC ESR Report. Three new anchors were added as a part of this project by Southwest Fire Protection, all three anchors were tested which equals 100% of anchors installed without inspection. All three anchors passed the test see deputy inspector report from the testing lab attached.
