Another innovation, planners promise, will • be the sale of a group of selected cocktail, formal and debutante gowDJ, many of which have made only one public ippearance. Among these . . .. are several designer modeb:, including an E,,.tevez and a Sophie Original. Varied and appealing b»rgains are offered among a &etting of tldewalk boothl and cafes. Among them will be objects d'art, flowers, books, bats and handbags. Plam are being made to accommodate more than 500 guests, according to Irvine Terrace music Jover• who are readying the event. ..
