alleged mid-air hammer attack on a

Eictmeier, 45, of l 9 O 6 Altura
Drive, Corona del Mar. was subdued
afttt a violent struggle in a single-
eqlne Cessna Skybawt en route
to Avalon, according to the pilot,
John Woods.
Sheriff's deputies were tsld that
Eictmeier pulled a large hammer
from his brififcase while flying at 10,-
000 feet and struck Woods on the head.
