not use the privileges of such coning. Only four of these larger
sued lot owners have so far exercised their rights undor the existing
R-2 zoning to build 2 -family units thereon.

A. The alleya are not vide enough arA the rear yard setbacks
are not adequately sufficient to handle the autmobilc
traffic needed for 3 -family units on each parcel.
