FINDINGS OF PLANNING C=4ISSION: The property north of Wasteliff Drive and ;.n the iumediate vicinity of the property proposed to be rezonad has been classified as an R-3 District. Commercial development is designed for this west side of the subject property, therefore the proposed R-3 zoning would be compatLble with uses already established and uses proposed to be established at a later date. RECOMENDATIONS_OF PLANNING CGM41SSION: The Planning Cocabraission reco ends to the City Council that Amendment 78 proposing to rezone certain property from an Unclassified to an R-3 District be approved.
