A RESOLUTION APPROVING 14AP SHOWING A PORTION
OF A CERTAIN STREET, AND PORTIONS OF CERTAIN
ALLEYS, AND CERTAIN ALLEYS ,IN THE CITY .OF
NE%TPORT BEACH, PROPOSED TO BE CLOSED UP AND
ABANDONED.

7HEREAS11 the City Engineer of the City of Newport
Beach has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach a certain map, or plat, showing a portion of Carnation
Avenue and a portion of alley in Block "Bit, Tract 470, and an
alley in Block "R", Tract 323, and an alley in Block "V",
Tract 323, which said City Council of the City of Newport
Beach proposes to close up and abandon.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said map be,

and the same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk of the
17
City of Newport Beach is ordered and directed to file the same
18
in the proceedings for the abandonment of portions of said
19
20 street and alleys.
21 I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
22 duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City
23 Council of the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting
24 thereof held on the 13th day of Larch, 1939, by the following
