I am extremely pleased th3t the city has handled
the police department scandal and done the right
thing, though a bit late, because the city's
investigations did not turn up any corroborating
evidence agninst Arb Campbell and he must be
exonerated, the city mono1gcr must have had some
very poor advice v.hcn he fired Arb Campbell in
the first place, to reprimand his lire out from
under him, to put him and his family ul'lder so
much emotional an d financial stress,, without
concrcse evidence is totally irresponsible.
Who would think a city would overreact to

I am more than shocked and appalled at what has
taken place in the city and I want to know to
whom the mayor, the city manager and the city
council believe they arc accountable to. This is
such a morally outrageous and repugnant act that
1 cannot believe that this city would make a move
like this. h is inconceivable that after they stopped
payina Campbell's and ViHa's leg31 fees, they
would tum around and not only agree to pay for
them but to reinstate them with full pay.
I want to know what took place and I want it
made public because the re is nothing that has

The Campbell· Villa sexual
