family moved to Costa Mesa

Community Services Office.
The program ofrers an
intelligent balance of
cardicw.a.scular fitness and
stroke instruction as well as
enjoyment, sclf·improvenlent
and fun.
Designed for adults ages
J 9 and over, regardless or
previous swimming ·
experience, the program
orfcrs consecutive monthly
sessions, Mondays through
Fridays: Dec. 1·17 and Jan.
18-31.
Registration fee is $20 per
month.
The one-hour morning
classes begin at 6:30 a.m.
