"She was introduced to me as

$1 mUlion for · Swindall
Barbara Swindall -who is
beginniAg her 6th year with
Prudential California Realty in
Newport Beach -dosed three
sales in November. She
represented two sellers in Newport
Beach and one buyer in Laguna
Niguel.
She credits her success to the
strength of the company and its
professional appfoach to the real
t!St.ate industry. Swindall says
broker/manager Maxine
Montgomery has done a superb
job in reauiting the best agents
which has ensured Prudential a
strong market share in Newport
Beach.
Swindall begins her WOfi< day
promptly at 7:30 a.m. and works
diHgentJy following a daily business
plan. Dedicated to staying in touch
with past dients, she knocks on
doors every six weeks at the Villa
Point Condominiums at Jamboree
and Pacific Coast Highway. In
addition, she follows up each day
with owners of good properties still
on the market but fOf some reason
have not sold. Several of hCf
listings recentJy sold were homes
that had been on the market fOf a
long time with competitors.
Tom Kasler of 2312 Franci.scO
Driw, Newport Beach, prajsed
Swindall's expertise in selling his
property.
· "After having this property with
a major competitor for almost one
year, you brought your sales
expertise into the picture,·· he
said. "And the excellent direction
of marketing certainly made the
difference in the sale of this
. property."
