work to the: benefit or Costa Mesa. The idea of
balancing the rcnlalli and single family residences
is fine, bu1 the method of this amendment is to
cut out 20% of a/I ex.isling rentals, which is having
those owners donate part of their equity for what?
J need )QUr suppor1 to address Ci1y Council
members on Jan. 17, which is when they will vote
on the general plan amendment GP-93-048 nnd
zonina code amendment related to residcnti•I
non-conformity.
We can offer some solutionsin place of what
they 1rc considering. such as:
