When you travel to most communities outside Newport, you find beautifill neighbor- ho6ds with wonderful fields and people who support the e tf orts of youth sports so our children will stay on the fields and out of trouble. Jn addition, both the soccer and baseball leagues spend their own money to mamtain and unprove our belds, with lit- tle help from the city and school dhbict who benefit from taxes and assessments paid by the parents of these children.
