Three-pointers by Byfield and Hirata, a basket by Trisha Wase (eight points) and two Byfield free throws pushed Estanoa's lead back up to 17. ·The Timberwolves' Leslie Curtis hit a three-pointer to open the fourth quarter, trim- ming the lead to 14, but it was all Eagles from there. A 16-0 run dosed out the game for Estancia. Senior Zuyin Barrera scored all six_o! her points in that run, while Marie Rodriguez added five. It wasn't pretty, but, in the end, the Eagles remain alone l.ll first place in the PCL. •A wm is a win and we'll take them happily,· Kirby said. ·we've just got to keep our intensity up for the entire game if we want to stay where we are.· l'AOFK COAST LEAGUE Estanda 57, Northwood 27 SC.In by Quart.n Estancia 18 10 13 16 • 57 Northwood 8 9 7. 3 • 27 Est8nda .
