expanslon to boot, Greenllghters
on Thursday took their next step:
the creation of a slate of candidates.
Phil Arst, a Greenlight Comnut·
tee leader, announced the still·
vatant Green11ght slate at an
evening gathenng held to thank
people who helped defeat Koll's
exparwon in November.
With four spots operung on the
City Council th.ls November, Arst
told the crowd of roughly 100 at the
Newport Beach Teruu.s Q ub that
the slate will constst of rour resi·
d:_ents - one from each of the aty's
