The study session is intended to provide the Planning Commission and public an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed project including the Draft Environmental Impact Report. The study session is for discussion purposes only, and no action will be taken by the Planning Commission. ACTION: No action was taken. The Planning Commission listened to presentations by staff and the applicant.
