Aa ro n,
My clients, Allyson and Ron Presta, respectfully request a continuance of Agenda Item No. 16
(Newport Marina) from February 12 to March 12. During this time, the Prestas intend to work
in good faith to address the appellants' two chief concerns: (1) location of large slips; and (2)
setbacks from appellants' seawalls. I have discussed this request with the appellants'
representative, Shawna Schaffner, who is cc'd.
Thank you,
Sean
