At the upcoming Council Meeting on February 12, 2019, AT&T will be presenting plans for small cell
installations within the city of Newport Beach. As you may know, small cells are critical to provide
reliable wireless service coverage in residential areas. AT&T would like you to know how helpful
Newport Beach City Staff was in the development of a Master Attachment Agreement with AT&T for
these small cell installations. It was a lengthy and concentrated process addressing the interests of both
the City and AT&T, but with the support, sharing of insight and determination received from Seimone
Jurjis and Lauren Wooding it happened.
AT&T appreciates City Staffs time and effort in working closely with us on the Agreement and requests
you vote in favor of the Master License Agreement at the Council Meeting on February 12, 2019.
Sincerely,
Richard Porras
