City Ball, Re port Beach, Cal. - September 26th, 1916.
The Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach met in s_recial
called sestion for the purpose of considering the sale of additional
bonds for the completion of the iriur_icinal Gas Distributing System
to the First National Bank of Ieimort Beach.
The call was read and the.Clerk certified as to it's having been
properly served.
Roll was called showing there were preser_t. trustees; S.R.Jamper,
Glenn Helms, G.P.:Tilson, H.A.Robinson, J.C.I %c Cain, Absent; hone.
The first idational Bank of ides =rport Beach by it's president Ur Le.,t
H. 71allace submitted a bid of par and accrued interest for all or
any part of the remaining seven bonds.
Moved by trustee G.P.Wilson seconded by trustee, J.C.McCain and
carried that the Board recind it's previous action, selling bonds
number 24 -25 -26 to the State.
Moved by trustee H.A.Robir_son seconded by trustee, Glenn Helms and
carried that the bid of the First National Bank of Newport be accente
and t]:at bonds number 24- 25- 26 -27 -28 be sold to said bank and that
the president and Clerk be instructed and authorized to execute said
bonds.
Moved by trustee, H.A.Robinson seconded by trustee, J.C.IdcCain and
carried that adjournment be taken sine -die. Adjourned,
