Schnitker and duly carried,that upon acceptance of the ferry contract'
by The 7ilson Bros.Company,the President 'and Clerk of the Board be
authorized to execute the same.

The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach met in regal
session at the hour an place above stated. The roll was called and a
the members of the Poard were pr.esent,as follows: Trustees J.P.Greel
J.J. Schnitker ,Geo.P.'.7ilson,J.C.LieCain and L.S.i7ilkinson.
The minutes of March 10,1919 were read and approved as read.

Ordinance No.148 presented for final adoption,but owing to desix'e
changes,was `referred back to the City Attorney for re- writing.
ORDINANCE NO.149.
Ordinance No.149,Amending Section 2 of Ordinance No.6,was placed.
on final passage by motion of Trustee J.C.1.1cCaiii,seconded by Trustee

McCain and carried that the matter of instalation of a 4 inch gas maim
by 'the Southern Counties Gas Co. ?,etween Netauort Beach and Huntington
Beach instead of a 3 inch main,be referred to the City Attorney to
secure action.

pletion Bonds at pas and accrued interest and one -half of the cost
