City Hall, Yeraport Beach, Feb. 14, 1922.
The Board of Trustees of the City of 'Ierrport Beach met in
adjourned session at 7:30 o'clock P. on above date. The meeting
uas called to order by President Greeley.
The roll was called showing the full Board present.
The minutes of the previous meeting of Feb. S, 1922 were read
' and approved.

Trustee Sc_xitker introduced an Ordinance ordering the sub -
ission of the proposition of incurring a bonded debt for the purpuce�
et forth in Resolut_on No. 152 to the qualified voters of the City o!
ewport Beach, calling an election to be held for that purpose,
ecitir_g the objects and purposes for which the indebtedness is
,roposed to be incurred, the estimated cost of the proposed public
mprovements, the amount of the principal of the indebtedness to be
ncurred therefor, fixir_g a maximum rate of interest to be paid on
mir indebtedness incurred, and the day on which such election T:i_li �:e

Trustee Richter introduced an Ordinance declaring the
intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of I6ev:port Beach to

and land necessary to be taker. therefor, and specifying the boundarie
of the district to be benefitted by the improvement and to be assesse,
to pay the expenses thereof and to be known as the assessment Distric
erecting the Street Superintendent to post and publish notice of
ublic work and designating a newspaper for that purpose.
The Ordinance was ordered filed, read, considered, designated
Ordinance No. 195 and submitted to the City Attorney.

ORDINANCE No. 194, entitled as follows:
"An Ordinance of the City of Newport Beach by the
legislative branch thereof, to -wit: the Board of Trustee
ordering the submission'to the qualified voters of the
City of Newport Beach the proposition of incurring a
bonded debt for each of the purposes set forth in
Resolution No. 152 of the said City, calling a special
election for that purpose, reciting the objects and
purposes for which the indebtedness is to be incurred,
the estimated cost of the proposed public improvement,
