The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport rseach met in
journed session a'c 4 :00 o'clock P. or above date.
The President of the Board not being present on motion of
ustee 0. 11. Burke seconded by Trustee Conrad Richter and carried,
L?stee J. J. Schn:itker was elected Chairman pro tee::.
The meeting was called to order by Chairran pro ter, J. J.
