2018 Star Library
• Newport Beach Public Library is the only Star library in
Orange County.
• This is the sixth year in a row, and tenth time in eleven
years, that Newport Beach Public Library has been
named a Star Library.

i. authorize staff to prepare a Request for Proposal, based on needs
identified by the Trustees, and thereafter,
ii. review the reply bids leading to the selection of an architect for
