PROJECT SUMMARY
A request for a coastal development permit (CDP) to allow the demolition of an existing
4,939 -square -foot single-family residence and the improvement of a private lawn area for
the same property owner located at 940 Via Lido Nord. The new improvements consist
of the installation of approximately 4,027 square feet of new landscaped and hardscape
areas. The existing bulkhead, the existing dock, and the existing cantilevered patio will
not be demolished and will be left in their current locations.
RECOMMENDATION
Remove this item from calendar. The public hearing will be re -noticed for a future meeting.
DISCUSSION
Due to the new construction proposed on the adjoining parcel (941 Via Lido Soud), the
applicant has requested a continuance of this item to a date uncertain in order to allow
the applicant sufficient time to determine whether amendments to the application are
desired. Because the project has the potential to change from the conditions described in
the initial application submittal, the project should be removed from calendar and re -
noticed for a future meeting.
