connected and dedicated restrooms and showers
➢ Would like additional Admin. Working and Storage Space
➢ Would like to Maintain Current Location
➢ Sighting New Permanent Facility will have Planning & Permitting Challenges
➢ Difficulties and Cost Associated with Connecting to Utilities
➢ Moving and or Expanding Building may have View Impact
