The City Council of the City of Newport Beach met in regular
adjourned session in the City Council Chambers at the New City Hall at
the hour of 7 :30 o'clock P.M., on the above date.
Roll called, Council- The roll was called, the following Councilmen answering

absent.

Letter from Balboa The letter from the Balboa Island Improvement Association,
