On motion of Councilman Isbell, seconded by Councilman Bennett and carried, reading of the minutes of the previous meet- Minutes approved ing was waived and they were declared approved as written. Certain demands, having been approved by the Finance Demands approved Committee, were approved and ordered paid on motion of Councilman Isbell, seconded by Councilman Bennett and carried by the follow- ing roll call vote, to -wit: AYES, COUNCILMEN: Smith, Finch, Isbell, Bennett, & Miller.
