The City Council of the City of Newport Beach met in
adjourned regular session in the Council Chamber of the
Newport Beach City Hall at the hour of 9000 A.M.
The roll was called, the folladng members being
present: Broering, Smith, Ridderhof, Benra tt, Hill.

On motion of Councilman Broering, seconded by Coun-
cilman Ridderhof and carried, reading of the minutes of the Yii:':Y ap;oz °ecedo
previous meeting was waived, and they were approved as written.
