At the location, there are too many mystery conduits in the boardwalk to bore. So they will be excavating to install the conduit using a mini -excavator. I told them to keep access at all times for pedestrians using the boardwalk and accessing the businesses and to backfill and temp AC the trench after they install the pipe.
