I spoke to Dave with Arizona Pipeline this afternoon. At the location, there are too many mystery conduits in the
boardwalk to bore. So they will be excavating to install the conduit using a mini -excavator. I told them to keep access at
all times for pedestrians using the boardwalk and accessing the businesses and to backfill and temp AC the trench after
they install the pipe. I would like them to not use steel plates on the boardwalk unless it's absolutely necessary. I put in
an inspection request so it will be your list to stop by.
