I do not want to suggest something that might not work in the future. Please review the attached exhibit and provide your comments. Both the proposed landscaping and existing Encroachment Agreement are attached. One issue is the requirement to provide a 12-foot wide access to the bulkhead for maintenance and emergency purposes.
