Pub Hearirig HEARING, MARGARET DRIVE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT: Margaret 1 Drava ' The Mayor opened the hears ,which had been y p hearing, ; I CA -29 continued from March 30, 1959, until this time ; and place, for protests to be heard regarding the debt report for improvements in Margaret ; Drive and Irvine Avenue. ; The Public Works Director stated that it would ' 1 not be necessary to accept at this time the Deeds which had been obtained since he was en- , deavoring to obtain the few Deeds still out- standing. He further stated it would be in order to exclude Parcels 1 2 12 and 13 from ' the Assessment District and that the alterations; ' in the proposed work would result in a decrease in the amount and cost of the work to be done.
