o'clock P.M. having arrives:, this was the
time and place fixed by the City Council for
the hearing of protests or objections to the
CA -29 ; proposed work, the extent of the assessment
district, or any and all other objections to
the contemplated improvement set forth in
Resolution of Intention No. 4976, passed and
adopted by the City Council on the 27th day
of April, 1959.

The Mayor announced that the Clerk had duly
and regularly published the Resolution of
Intention, and that dua notice of this hearing +
and.the adoption of said Resolution of

Intention had been duly made and given, all ash ;
prescribed by law and that affidavits of such'
compliance were on file in the Clerk's office
Prior to the consideration of rotests the '

cussion ensued and Mrs. Cavanaugh withdrew ;
her protest.
