Attorney Robert Hurwitz. spoke from -the audience. and
stated that he. represented, in addition -to applicant R.
M. Krieg, fourteen property ownbrs,in- subject block
petitioning. for the. proposed rezoning. Attorney Hurwitz
stated-that the. present zoning, of the. property is discrimi-
natory and deprives. applicants. of the: full use. of their
property, that if the: rezoning. were approved only a
slight increase: in.traffic -would be, generated.

annexation of territory to the City of Newport Beach has

Superior Court action entitled "City of Newport Beach, a
municipal corporation, plaintiff, vs. Roger B. Van Pelt,
defendant," to enforce the,City's lien and. collect for the
cost of demolition and. other incidental expenses. to the
City.
22.The, City Attorney was,instructed to prepare a resolution
.to accomplish the. abandonment of the old Corona del
Mar Reservoirs No. 4 and No. 5 and.the lines.
