After discussion, R. A. Glenn, Director of Building and
Safety,: stated that ,there is. so much doubt. raised.in his
mind as to what .the Planning Commission intended and
what.the Council had, in mind, that he would. not issue a
building, permit until. the. issues involved were clarified.

The City Attorney was instructed to examine -the. original Motion
Variance and report at the. next Council meeting as to Ayes

The Council concurred in the proposed action of the Motion
