Mayor Stoddard, stated that,, in connection.with the Joint Harbor Committee. policy of Febru- ary 7,, 1961, re Balboa Island pier. permits, adopted. by the Council on February 14,. 1961, as. set forth in the Minutes on age. 133, Volume 14, the City Clerk desired clarification regarding the responsibility for sending of notices. to Balboa Island property owners when a.permit for a,pier has, been requested. Councilman Kingsley stated, and Councilman Somers agreed, that. it was theAntention of the Joint Harbor Committee.that subject notices are to be. sent by the Joint Harbor Committee.prior to submitting the matter to the Council. The reading of the Minutes. of February 14 and February. 20, 1964 was, waived, and the Minutes, were approved as writ- ten,, with -the, direction, to the City Clerk_ that an insertion be made, on Page, 133, indicating, the intention of the Joint Harbor Committee as stated, by Councilman Kingsley. 1.
