Recommendations of the Parks, Beaches. and Recreation
Commission. and the Balboa Peninsula Point Association,
in. favor of the proposal, were presented. Letters from
the following, opposing the proposal, were presented:
Letter bearing six signatures,. namely, H. E. Balmer,
Emma C. Thompson Elliott, Margaret O. Wilson, Percy
J. Wilson, Frank J. Paulas, Geraldine Albitz; Dorothy
Phoenix; C. W. Warden and Mrs. Elizabeth G. Warden.
The following, people spoke from the audience opposing
the proposal: Mrs. Elizabeth Warden, Mrs. Margaret
